Stir Fry Pioneer Woman

I found this amazing recipe for a beef and snow pea stir fry online and I just had to share it! It's perfect for those nights when you want something quick and easy but also delicious and healthy. Plus, it's a great way to get lots of veggies into your diet!

The Recipe

Beef and Snow Pea Stir Fry

Here's what you'll need:

  • 1 pound of thin-sliced beef
  • 2 cups of snow peas
  • 1/2 cup of sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup of sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup of sliced onions
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar

And here's what you'll do:

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  2. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the snow peas, carrots, bell peppers, and onions and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, cornstarch, and sugar.
  5. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the beef and veggies and stir to coat.
  6. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened and the veggies are crisp-tender.
  7. Serve over brown rice or noodles.
