First up, we've got Pasta Carbonara. This creamy, cheesy dish is everything you could want during winter time. The best part? It's super easy to make.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 lb. bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add bacon and cook until crispy, about 8 minutes. Remove bacon from skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
  3. Add cream to skillet and simmer for 2 minutes. Add pasta and 1/2 cup reserved pasta water and toss until well coated.
  4. Add Parmesan and toss until cheese has melted and sauce is creamy.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Gradually pour egg mixture into skillet, stirring constantly, until eggs have cooked and mixture is creamy.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in bacon. Serve immediately.

Trust us, y'all are gonna want to make this one over and over again.
