Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Season the brisket with kosher salt, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, basil, and black pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large oven-proof pot over medium-high heat. Add onions and sauté until softened, then add minced garlic and stir for another minute.
