Today we're talking about one of our favorite things - pasta! Specifically, we've found a couple of amazing pasta dishes that we just had to share with you.

Pasta Puttanesca

First up is a recipe we found on Pinterest - Pioneer Woman's Pasta Puttanesca. This delicious dish combines spaghetti with a flavorful tomato sauce, olives, capers, and anchovies. Trust us, the anchovies really take it to the next level.

Here's the recipe:

  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon anchovy paste
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 (28-ounce) can whole tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 pound fusilli pasta
