- 24-28 ladyfingers
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee or espresso
First, you'll want to mix together the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined. Then, fold in the pumpkin puree.
In a separate bowl, pour the coffee or espresso. Dip each ladyfinger quickly into the coffee and place them side by side in a large baking dish.
